Childhood/Attachment Issues

Grief and Loss

Post-traumatic Stress Disorder

If you have been through a traumatic event, such as a car accident or assault, you may be at risk of developing PTSD. Symptoms of PTSD can include:

  • Extreme fear or panic similar to that experienced during the traumatic event

  • Nightmares

  • Flashbacks of the event

  • Avoidance of anything that reminds you of the event.

If you think you may be experiencing symptoms of PTSD it is important to ask for help.
